    What is an online account?

    Our new online account area at gives you access to your Emo account and other great features, including:

    • View your account balance
    • View your transaction history
    • Make a payment / Build up your credit
    • Request a statement
    • Change your password


    How do I get an online account?

    • If you have a username and password
      • If you have ordered from since November 2013, you will have been sent an email with your unique username and password.
      • To view your personalised account area, click on the login button at the top right corner or the website, and then enter your login details.
      • If you have forgotten your password, your username should be your email address. However, if you’ve forgotten your password, then click the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link
      • If you don’t have a username and password, place an order online and your new username and password will be sent to you.
