Telesales Receptionist/Agent

Reporting to: Lorraine Nolan

Location:  Portlaoise

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To deal with all outbound and inbound telesales calls/ enquiries as may reasonably be required in your role
  • To efficiently and effectively deal with transactions from initial call/ enquiry/ lead through to completion/ sale
    • To achieve daily (weekly/ monthly/ annual) call and campaign targets
    • To follow up on leads generated from the sales/ commercial team
    • To identify decision-makers within target companies and follow through; to work with the sales/ commercial team if face to face appointments are required/ necessary
    • To understand and demonstrate the unique selling points that differentiate Great Gas from competitors
    • To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a record of activities, figures, forecasting, and any other administrative records/ reports that are requested
    • To provide high levels of customer care in the role on a continuous basis
    • To report/ bring to the attention of your Manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis
    • To attending training and campaign induction sessions as required
    • To be reasonably flexible in this position to undertake other work/ additional tasks as may be assigned to you/ reasonably requested from time to time

Reception Duties

  • Sorting and filing of post
  • Processing internet orders
  • Dealing with customer queries face to face (Cash/card payment, ordering etc.)
  • General Admin duties.

General

  • To act courteously and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Emo/ Great Gas/ DCC Oil Ireland personnel and other personnel encountered within your role
  • To foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and to portray a professional image of the company
  • To report for work in a timely manner and to conduct work as scheduled to company and customer satisfaction
  • To work within the instructions and procedures of the Company’s systems as directed by your Manager or other management as appropriate
  • To conduct all duties in a constructive and productive manner aligned to the interests of the company and management
  • To act diligently and professionally in the interests of the Company
  • To demonstrate a willingness to promote the positive development of the business to all stakeholders of the business including customers but also extending to staff, contractors etc.
